Time for production is generally 20 days, with shipping time of about 30 additional days.
OFFERSTONE requires a deposit of 30% of the total cost, with 70% balance payable before shipment.

Your headstone may be too big or small for the plot area, or upright markers may not be permitted in your section of the cemetery. Or there may be stylistic restrictions in that section.

We stand behind our work! Including but not limited to personalized grave memorials, ceramic pictures, and any other personalized item we may carry, if work has been started there will be no returns allowed. If work has not started on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given. You may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product for internal review prior to any action being taken. Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product and a free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

We replace or refund only in the following condition:
1. Wrong stone color: For example, we make the Black stone instead of Red in your order.
2. Wrong measurements: For example, we make the length to be 36" instead of 42 inch in your order.
3. Wrong lettering information: For example, we have wrong spelling & wording engraved into the stone.
4. Broken:For example, the monument is broken to be 2 pieces or can not be repaired.

Hi my name is sabina, and i ordered my moms headstone from offerstone 2/09 i received 5/09. I live in farmington nm and the headstone came from hongkong china. I would recommend this company to everyone. I had a wonderful person named salina help me through the hole process. This was the hardest thing my mom was my best friend and we did everything together i cried alot because i could not afford a headstone every where i went wanted 4,000 dolars i started trying to save. Offerstone has the best prices and the shipping was cheaper than what i could find even on the enternet. Most of all if i had questions salina answered no matter what. She drew up alot of graphs before i said ok with out being mean and even when i did not have all the money together she helped me get all the ideas together. My moms headstone is unforgetable and i will use offerstone again,and have recommended to everyone i know.

I wanted to say that this company cares about your needs, and really accomodates you so that your monument, expresses the sentiment,and heartfelt, monument your loved one deserves, Salina Lee was wonderful, through MANY emails, and plans, she saw to it personally, that my mother's moument was perfect, it really is a work of art, the craftsmanship, and quality, are truly appreciated. My mother would have loved it. All the way from China to Arkansas, it arrived safely, and sits with my mother like an angel in waiting. I wanted to express my gratitude to Salina and the artists,who crafted it for me, my relatives and I have visited her grave many times, and it makes it a little easier now to visit it, almost as if she is there waiting with her. The weeping angel monument was personal for me in the fact that my mother sat like that through out many memories in my mind. I would like to know if the top of the headstone can be made sqaure (or straigt on top) and would like to know the price for it with the measurements base 30x6x12, Top 28x6x24. Also, how much would it cost to engrave a phrase and an image on the back. Thank you for your time.
