Standard production Time is generally 30 days or more.

OFFERSTONE requires a minimum deposit of 30%-50% of the total cost, with 50-70% balance payable before shipment.
(The deposit cannot be returned after the stone is cut.)

Your headstone may be too big or small for the plot area, or upright markers may not be permitted in your section of the cemetery. Or there may be stylistic restrictions in that section.

Return/Refund Policy:

We stand behind our work! Including but not limited to personalized grave memorials, ceramic pictures, and any other personalized item we may carry, if work has been started there will be no returns allowed. If work has not been started on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given. You may be required to provide photographed details of any defective/incorrect product for administrative review prior to any refund action being taken. Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product and a free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.

We replace or refund under the following conditions:
1. Wrong stone color: For example, we make a Black stone instead of Red on your order.
2. Wrong measurements: For example, we make the length to be 36 inches instead of 42 inches on your order.
3. Wrong lettering information: For example, we have wrong spelling & wording engraved into the stone.
4. Broken: For example, the monument is broken into 2 or more pieces or cannot be repaired.
Except for the above situations, we will offer free repair services to deal with any problems until the problems are resolved.

I was sceptical at first and even got a local dealer to match the price i was getting which was already nearly half of the local dealers price, but he matched it. Then it would not be the same, and he could not get the font. So i decided to go ahead and purchase with offerstone, and the stone was exactly as advertised and exaclty what i wanted it to be and what i told them to do. Was very impressed. The customer service was second to none and the only problem was the time difference, but witht that in mind they were very prompt with responces and Salina Lee was very understanding, patient, and had excellent customer service skills. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone, and you can save nearly half what local dealers are charging for the same product. And faster. After payment the stone for my son was up in under 2 months. The local dealer was telling me 5 if i was lucky. Keep in mind one month of that time was shipping so they saved nearly 4 months and half the cost. Local dealers may be able to match the price, after extreme haggling on your part, but they will never match the service or the quality, or it will be a wash, but you stone will be up faster, almost guaranteed. I know this time can be tough but dont be subjected to the pressures of your cemetary to buy local and "save money", this company will save you time and money and you will not be disappointed with the product. They quoted me seven thousand, i saved four, ridiculous, american stone workers think they have the market cornered what others need to realize is that this company is just as good if not better, and you do have options.
