How to start your order
  • Please go ahead and place your order directly if there are no rules or regulations for your selected cemetery.
     
  • Please complete the information in the form below, If you need our assistance to check the rules with your cemetery. This is free service.

    Please check your email within 48 hours. If you do not receive our email, please send an email to service@offerstone.com to receive assistance.
     
  • While talking with you about your headstone, we will do a "cemetery verification", which means that we will check on the cemetery rules, regulations and requirements.
     
  • After we receive cemetery approval, we will do a layout drawing for you to proof and e-mail you the layout of the grave marker (so you can see clearly the final appearance of the headstone monument).

     
  • If required, We will assist you in locating a local company or person to provide the installation of your headstone when you make the decision on the final headstone monument dimensions.
    Installation fee shall be paid by your account.
     
  • When you are satisfied with the layout, just go ahead and pay the deposit to confirm the order. We will then begin production. Throughout the entire production process, we will be sending you various photos of it for your review, such as those shown here.

     
  • Before engraving the letters, we will attach a stencil (the final layout of the wording) on the stone so you can check the spelling and wording once again. You can change the engraving stencil for free only one time. Further additional stencil changes will incur an additional charge of $15.00 per change.


     
  • Finally, we will send you several photos of the finished product before shipping. Once approved for shipping, you can then arrange to make the final installment payment of the balance. When the balance is paid, we will arrange shipment immediately. The headstone monument will then be sent to the cemetery or another location, per your request.


     
  • On average, It takes about 3 to 4 weeks for standard production, and 4 to 5 weeks for standard shipping. Custom headstone Production time can add an addition 1 or 2 weeks to production, and shipping can takes and additional week. Excessive or major production changes can also add several weeks to overall production time.
