ant to say Thank You so much Salina! I was a bit sceptical purchasing such an item over the internet. Salina was so responsive and helpful. We were designing a stone for my Daddy. My sister and I do not see each other often so we were able to pass the electronic designs Salina came up with back and forth and customize together! The stone is absolutely beautiful and makes a bold statement. It completely draws your eye! And as an added bonus, we saved hundreds of dollars!!! The only thing I would caution a purchaser is to be aware of currency conversion charges that your credit card company may charge. They are not that significant (probably about 6%) and did not in anyway cut into the amount we saved purchasing with Offerstone. Again - thank you so much. Our stone is so unique and beautiful. I know my Daddy is looking down from Heaven smiling about having such a beautiful monument!

The lettering is exactly as we ordered and the ceramic picture turned out lovely (as scratches in the picture were removed by one of your artists). I have been remiss in letting you know how my son''s monument turned out after the lettering was colored and the stone set. Words can not even begin to describe how beautiful it is! Every time I go to the cemetary - people come over to my son''s grave and want to know about his monument! I have given your web site information to several people. Everything about the monument is perfect and coloring the letters ended up being very simple. My goal was to have a monument for my son that he would be proud of and that I would love - every time I so to his grave - mission accomplished!

I had a great experience with offerstone. I was very reluctant at first to order something like this online but Salina Lee made it very easy and she kept me updated with every aspect of the stone. From the prelimary sketch to any letter work and custom work that was done. I received pictures as the work progressed. The packaging and shipping was also done very professionaly and with great quality. The death of my son was very difficult and I wanted as easy an experience as possible. I can honestly say that is what I got. The stone I wanted was custom in many ways and they passed any expectation I had with it. I had some local monument companies give me quotes and show me the work that could be done but it doesnt compare to what i have now. And the price was almost half of what I was quoted. My family and I couldnt of been happier with the work and I will recommend them to anyone I talk to about this kind of work.

Afraid to order online, DONT BE. These stones are cheap and they are beautiful. I was sceptical at first and even got a local dealer to match the price i was getting which was already nearly half of the local dealers price, but he matched it. Then it would not be the same, and he could not get the font. So i decided to go ahead and purchase with offerstone, and the stone was exactly as advertised and exaclty what i wanted it to be and what i told them to do. Was very impressed. The customer service was second to none and the only problem was the time difference, but witht that in mind they were very prompt with responces and Salina Lee was very understanding, patient, and had excellent customer service skills. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone, and you can save nearly half what local dealers are charging for the same product. And faster. After payment the stone for my son was up in under 2 months. The local dealer was telling me 5 if i was lucky. Keep in mind one month of that time was shipping so they saved nearly 4 months and half the cost. Local dealers may be able to match the price, after extreme haggling on your part, but they will never match the service or the quality, or it will be a wash, but you stone will be up faster, almost guaranteed. I know this time can be tough but dont be subjected to the pressures of your cemetary to buy local and "save money", this company will save you time and money and you will not be disappointed with the product. They quoted me seven thousand, i saved four, ridiculous, american stone workers think they have the market cornered what others need to realize is that this company is just as good if not better, and you do have options.
