We will provide: One free oval shaped ceramic portrait in the size of 3.5inch X 4.7 inch. Sample
Extra cost will be charged for larger sizes.
Time for production is generally 20 days, with shipping time of about 30 additional days.
OFFERSTONE requires a deposit of only 30% of the total cost,70% balance before shipping.
(The deposit can not be returned after the stone cutting.)

Product Description:
The mausoleum shown in the picture is made by our Chinese grey granite, this collum style mausoleum is made for the whole family, the white color gives us a sense of holy.

The characteristic of Mausoleum:
1. It is suitable for a whole family with the number ranks from 2 to 8 people, the sizes for mausoleum mostly depends on the cemetery(the width is usually between 3m to 4.5m, and the depth is between 4m to 8m, it mostly depends on the number and the size of cemetery). The exact amount of cover stone will be provided according to the detail number of the whole family, you can choose to engrave some flower sculpture or photo carving on the surface of cover stone.
2. The price we offer is for finish product, including the processing fee for sandblast, manual sculpture, engraving and so on, there will be no extra fee. (Note: the price does not include the fee for transportation and installation, our system will work out the price for you by filling in the Port of Destination.)
3. The mausoleum is made mainly for American Market, and also we can do the installation for you(but not for client in Hawaii and Alaska), if you need us to do the installation for you, please make your detail remarks as attachment of the order form, we will approach you ASAP for the details of installation.
For this mausoleum, we can provide the detail instruction and all kinds of outfit for the installation.
Insurance will be covered by 110% total value of product, the beneficiary is the buyer, he or she can file his or her claim locally in USA.
Return/Refund Policy:
We stand behind our work! Including but not limited to personalized grave memorials, ceramic pictures, and any other personalized item we may carry, if work has been started there will be no returns allowed. If work has not started on the item ordered customer may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given. You may be required to provide photographed details of the defective/incorrect product for internal review prior to any action being taken. Customer has ten (10) days from the delivery date to report a defective or incorrect product and a free replacement will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
